Sale Policy & Agreement 

Ever After Acres Farmstead LLC reserves the right to retain any kid born on our farm before letting our waiting list pick any kids.

We reserve the right to refrain from doing business with anyone for any reason. 

We cannot guarantee the show career, milk production, or mature height/weight, confirmation or udder capacity or attachment of any animal sold on our farm, but we do our best. 

Deposit & Payment Information: 

· A 50% deposit will be required to hold a specific kid or adult. Once said goat is ready, you will have fourteen (14) days to arrange transportation/shipping.  Or  $100 deposit per goat can be placed but is NON-REFUNDABLE.  

· If you would like to be added to our waiting list to make reservations for next kids born or for a specific breeding pair, please email us for information.  Reservations are free. 

· Boarding charges will apply after the fourteen(14) day limit required for transportation has been reached. This rate is $5.00 per day.  Unless discussed otherwise due to transporters time frames. 

· All animals must be paid in full before leaving Ever After Acres Farmstead LLC. Outstanding balances will result in your animal being held until all debts are paid, including any boarding charges incurred during this time. If more than one (2) weeks has gone by without any payment or contact from buyer, the kid/adult will be resold with no refund of what has been placed towards that said kid/adult. 

· We do accept PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo payments for the deposit only. Please contact us via call/email before sending payments by any method.  

· If buyer is paying balance at pick-up, balance must be paid in full before the kid/adult leaves Ever After Acres Farmstead LLC.  

DEPOSITS ON SPECIFIC KIDS/ADULTS ARE ONLY REFUNDABLE IF THE KID/ADULT SUFFERS A PERMANENT INJURY OR DEATH BEFORE LEAVING EVER AFTER ACRES FARMSTEAD LLC. In these rare occasions, the buyer can switch the deposit to another kid/adult, if they so choose. 

· Newborn kids should be picked up by the time discussed individually based on if they are bottle babies or dam raised. 

· All horned kids will be disbudded unless requested not to otherwise. All bucklings will remain intact unless requested to be wethered. 

· All sales are final. 

· We reserve the right to refuse a sale without explanation and any deposit would be refunded.  

Responsibility of the Buyer:  

· Any additional testing requested, health certificates and what their state requires for crossing state borders, etc. 

· Transport fees - If Ever After Acres Farmstead LLC, delivers within range or meets the buyer halfway, it will be calculated per mile for a round trip at a rate of $0.75 per mile.* 

Responsibility of the Seller:  

· Full disclosure of all herd health test records 

· All kids/adults will be fully vaccinated, wormed, disbudded, hoofs trimmed before leaving. 

· All animals are guaranteed healthy at time of sale. BECAUSE WE CANNOT CONTROL ANY STRESS THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO SHIPPING, THE CHANGE IN THE ANIMAL'S ENVIRONMENT, OR THE HANDLING OF THE ANIMAL ONCE IT LEAVES EVER AFTER ACRES FARMSTEAD LLC, WE CANNOT OFFER FURTHER GUARANTEES.** 

Pricing: A kid is determined by lineage, conformation, and potential. After visual assessment of a kid, this may change the price once it is born. Adult goat pricing will be based on individual performance and lineage.   

*This rate is subject to change based on current gas prices.
